What is GeckoSports?
GeckoSports is an Australian children’s multi-sport program that brings expert-designed sport and movement to primary schools, OSHCs, early learning centres, community events and parties. Our programs rotate through 30 different sports so children are always discovering something new, and every session runs in a safe, non-competitive environment where every child belongs. With 30+ clubs across NSW/ACT, QLD, VIC and WA, we work with thousands of children every week to keep them active, healthy and happy.
What age groups do GeckoSports programs cater to?
GeckoSports runs programs for children from 2 to 12 years old. Our KUBS program is designed for children aged 2 to 5, introducing movement, coordination and fun in a gentle, age-appropriate setting. From age 5 to 12, our multi-sport programs build physical literacy, confidence and a genuine love of being active. Programs are structured to suit each age group, so children are always working at the right level.
What sports and activities does GeckoSports offer?
GeckoSports programs rotate through 30 different sports and activities, covering team sports, individual disciplines and active games. Children experience a different sport each week, which keeps sessions fresh and helps them discover what they enjoy. GeckoSports is also a Sporting Schools provider, with 9 Endorsed Sports that qualify for Australian Government Sporting Schools funding, making it straightforward for schools to access our programs through that pathway.

GeckoSports has 30+ clubs operating across Australia, with active programs in New South Wales, the ACT, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. Each club is run by a local franchisee who knows their community, supported by Head Office systems, qualified coaches and nationally consistent programs. Is GeckoSports suitable for children who don’t enjoy competitive sport?
GeckoSports is built for exactly that child. Our programs are non-competitive, so children participate at their own level without the pressure of winning, losing or being singled out. Every session is designed to be inclusive, with our coaches trained to engage every child including those who are shy, reluctant movers or have additional needs. The aim is to help every child feel capable and confident in their body, not to sort kids by skill level.
